Tech Delivery Lead (Agile Focus)
We are seeking a high-energy Tech Delivery Lead to bridge the gap between technical execution and agile methodology. In this hybrid role, you will act as both a Scrum Master and a Delivery Lead, ensuring that our engineering teams are empowered, unblocked, and consistently delivering high-quality software.
The ideal candidate isnt just a task-manager; you are an agile evangelist who understands the nuances of software development and knows how to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agile Facilitation: Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. You will be responsible for keeping the team focused and maintaining a healthy sprint velocity.
2. End-to-End Delivery: Own the delivery lifecycle for complex software projects. You will track progress against milestones, manage dependencies across teams, and ensure technical debt is balanced against feature delivery.
