Our customer-first mindset focuses on developing products that encourage loyalty and repeat business from our travelers and partners. We partner closely with teams across Expedia Group to achieve growth and results for our customers and company.
This pivotal role within the Expedia Group Advertising (EGA) Product team focuses on two key areas: advancing automated bidding capabilities for our lodging sponsored listings and externalizing EGA's product suite to our Private Label Solutions (PLS) partners. Your objective will be to enhance the intelligence, performance and reach of our advertising platform, developing solutions that deliver measurable results for our advertising and private label partners.
In this role, you will:

* Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering leaders to enhance our technical foundations, ensuring scalable and efficient model development and deployment.
* Own the business impact of the AI/ML models for automated bidding, making data-driven decisions on development priorities and feature enhancements.
* Continuously monitor product performance against business KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPC, partner adoption) across the core Expedia Group marketplace
* Provide deep market insights to guide the development of features for both our direct lodging partners and PLS partners.
* Ensure that backend AI/ML capabilities are seamlessly integrated into advertiser-facing tools and external partner APIs to create a cohesive experience
* Resolve cross-functional escalations and align on product strategy with the broader vision for EGA and PLS.
* Build clear requirements and testable hypotheses in ambiguous scenarios, negotiating priorities and dependencies across multiple teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience.
* 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in an AdTech or e-commerce environment.
* A proven record of owning the end-to-end product lifecycle (strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration) while working with cross-functional teams.
* Strong domain expertise in digital advertising (AdTech), with knowledge of sponsored listings, auction dynamics, and performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
* Experience working closely with ML engineers and data scientists to define technical requirements and evaluate feasibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proficient communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate the value of technical initiatives to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong domain expertise in AI/ML fundamentals and their practical application to business problems.
* Experience with B2B products or API-based solutions, particularly for syndication or external partnerships.
* Knowledge of Generative AI and its potential applications in advertising.
* Experience working in a two-sided marketplace (e.g., e-commerce, travel).
* Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously to drive projects forward.
* Experience mentoring or coaching other Product Managers.
