Argyll & Bute Council is seeking two experienced agency social workers to contribute to meaningful change within the community. What You’ll Do:
Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans for children and families.
Deliver effective intervention strategies to support family stability and child safety.
Work collaboratively within multi-agency teams to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Attend and contribute to case conferences, child protection meetings, and planning discussions.
Maintain clear and accurate case records in accordance with statutory responsibilities.
Carry out child protection interviews, ideally with JII or SCIM training.
