Purpose of the Job:
The Product Supply and Logistics team is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain in one of the fastest growing Hubs across the International Business Unit. You will be responsible for delivering medicine to patients in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead with Vision: Supervise and direct a dedicated team of professionals, including colleagues in the UK, Ireland, and Denmark.
* Drive Excellence: Oversee logistics service providers (LSPs) and distributors across multiple countries, ensuring seamless operations and processes.
* Strategic Impact: Play a crucial role in driving efficiency and improvements in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end supply chain: Manage all supply chain nodes to the dispensing point, including managing LSPs within a regulated environment.
* Manage delivery execution: Oversee third-party logistics providers and ensure compliance with Lilly’s policies.
* Coordinate with GBS: Work with Global Business Solutions in Cork to ensure order to cash processes are compliant.
* Operational analytics: Review trends and make supply decisions accordingly.
* Manage commercial and pricing schemes: Ensure compliance with Lilly pricing and develop commercial schemes with key customers.
* Administer schemes and donations: Document and ensure compliance of all active schemes.
* Manage B2B relationships: Build relationships with key accounts, handle escalated issues, and support commercial activities.
* Lead strategic projects: Innovate and implement new distribution options, respond to legislative changes, and leverage technology.
Qualifications include 5+ years in supply chain operations and experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, proactive attitude, and excellent organizational skills.
