Are you passionate about making a difference for babies, young children, and their families? Do you enjoy working as part of a supportive team where every profession's skills are valued, and variety is part of your working week? If so, we would love you to join our friendly Allied Health Professionals (AHP) team. We work closely together across neonatal and community settings, always putting families at the heart of everything we do. You'll be supported by experienced therapists and dietitians, and as part of your role you will complete a Level 5 apprenticeship. This ensures your qualification reflects your growing expertise and experience, while giving you the chance to build confidence, deepen your skills, and gain a nationally recognised award — all within a nurturing and collaborative team environment.

Your role will also involve creating resources, supporting parents and carers, liaising with other professionals, and helping to keep our service and appointment system running smoothly. Each day brings fresh opportunities — whether you're setting up a neonatal clinic, visiting a family at home, or producing resources to support children's progress. Whatever the task, you'll be a key part of a cohesive and welcoming team, working together to make a real difference for families.

Our people are our greatest asset. When we feel supported and happy at work, this positivity reaches those very people we are here for, the patients.
