Build Recruitment are looking for an experienced Electrician to join a leading housing maintenance team covering Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. You’ll be carrying out responsive electrical repairs within occupied social housing properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service on every job. The Role
* Carrying out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance & testing
* Working within domestic/social housing properties
* Covering Portsmouth and surrounding areas
* Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week
* Company van and fuel card provided
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
* Experience working within a customer-focused environment
* Ideally experience within social housing or domestic maintenance
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
* Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
* Experience completing EICRs
* City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent
