Position Overview
The Field Training Coordinator plays a key role in enabling effective training execution across international markets. This role prepares local trainers for success by managing administrative, logistical, and local market training delivery elements, such as coordinating schedules and ensuring materials and systems are ready. Through close operational support, this individual helps drive consistent, high‑quality training experiences across geographies in coordination with training delivery staff.

Responsibilities
Training Delivery Coordination
* Collaborate with local trainers and field roles to schedule and support field training programs
* Ensure local readiness and alignment ahead of training sessions
* Ensure timely completion of training deliverables at the highest level
* Own administrative tasks, including training and timelines, communications, documentation, and attendance tracking
* Coordinate logistics, such as room booking, invites, technology, and material distribution
* Serve as the central point of contact for training coordination, reducing local trainer workload
Training Readiness
* Confirm availability and accuracy of training materials, resources, and tools prior to delivery
* Ensure systems (e.g., LMS or scheduling platforms) are updated and prepared
* Troubleshoot issues that may affect training execution and take proactive steps to resolve
Stakeholder Partnership
* Maintain ongoing communication with trainers and regional training leads to align on needs
* Adapt support based on market conditions, changes in training content, or stakeholder feedback in coordination with the international instructional design team
* Provide regular updates to key partners on training coordination progress and needs
Education And Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in business, education, human resources, or related field
* Demonstrated experience in training coordination, operations, or administrative support
* Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or commercial operations preferred
Skills And Competencies
* Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate training schedules and logistics with accuracy and efficiency
* Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to navigate unexpected challenges and ensure smooth execution of live training sessions
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with local trainers and manage training‑related correspondence clearly and effectively across multiple markets and cultures
* Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and address logistical and administrative needs before they become blockers
* Skilled in managing documentation and administrative processes, with high attention to detail
* Flexible and adaptable in fast‑changing environments, able to adjust support based on evolving training needs
* Collaborative and service‑oriented, consistently enabling trainers to focus on delivery while managing the backend execution seamlessly
