SALARY: £35K- - £60K (DOE)

Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to distributi
* on.Providing expert legal advice on probate, inheritance tax and private client matte
* rs.Drafting and reviewing legal documents including IHT forms, grant applications and estate accoun
* ts.Ensuring compliance with probate law, SRA regulations and internal governance standar
* ds.Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and paralega

ABOUT
* YOU:
Legal Executive with a minimum of two year’s experience in probate or private client
* law.Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is excited by the future of legal serv
* ices.A confident communicator who can support clients through emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and cla
* rity.Proven experience managing end‑to‑end probate and estate administration c
* ases.Ability to handle complex or high‑value estates with minimal supervi
* sion.A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive team cul
ture.
