Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Site Manager by ensuring the onsite construction team is well-resourced, guided, and supported in communication, training, and workload management to meet project timelines.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in residential construction, managing build programmes and budgets
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations for on-site activities, facilities, and structures in line with HSE standards
* Experience managing a diverse workforce including subcontractors
* Track record of achieving targets and delivering high standards of service with a focus on customer care
* IT skills
* Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
* A professional qualification in a construction discipline is advantageous
