Position Overview:
The role of a Competition Litigation Paralegal involves supporting legal professionals in competition law matters on a temporary basis. The position requires strong organisational ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to assist in complex litigation processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the preparation and management of litigation case files
* Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
* Drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
* Supporting preparation for court proceedings and client meetings
* Managing and organising legal documentation and databases
* Coordinating with internal departments for workflow efficiency
* Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism
* Providing general administrative support to the legal team
Eligibility:
* Law degree or related qualification
* Experience or demonstrated interest in competition law and litigation
* Strong research and analytical skills
