Consignment & Purchase Ledger Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term
Location: Maidstone
Salary: Up to 28,000 per annum + discretionary bonus, benefits
Working set up: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, Weekend rota as required, Initially office-based; after successful completion of probation, hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 days from home
Are you a detail-focused finance professional looking for a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment? We are seeking a Consignment & Purchase Ledger Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term. You'll play a key role in ensuring supplier payments are accurate, timely, and fully aligned with consignment processes.
What You'll Do:
* Process invoices and capture supplier claims efficiently.
* Manage supplier payments, resolve queries, and monitor statements.
* Ensure all payments are made on time.
* Collaborate closely with Finance and Procurement teams to resolve consignment issues.
* Maintain accurate consignment system records and support KPI reporting.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a FMCG business.
* Highly organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
* Confident communicator, able to influence and build strong relationships.
* Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
* Adaptable, assertive, and supportive, driving improvements across the business.
