A leading organisation undergoing significant transformation within its enterprise portfolio is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support two critical programmes. You will join a high‑profile change environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Your new role
You will lead business change activity across two strategic programmes:
HR Transformation – SuccessFactors RolloutYou will support the introduction and adoption of new HR technology and associated processes, ensuring colleagues have a smooth transition to the new platform. This includes shaping the change approach, stakeholder engagement,munications planning, and supporting readiness across business functions.
Learning Transformation – New LMS ImplementationYou will drive change and readiness for the rollout of a new Learning Management System to a large external retailer and aftersales network. This includes engagement across varied stakeholder groups,munications, training planning, and supporting business process changes aligned to the new platform.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Develop and deliver the overall change management approach across both programmes.
2. Lead stakeholder engagement, impact assessment and readiness planning.
3. Create and delivermunication and engagement plans tailored to multiple audiences.
4. Support the definition of new business processes and future operating models.
5. Identify and coordinate training needs for internal teams and external networks.
6. Oversee changeernance, risks, dependencies and reporting.
7. Ensure both programmes land successfully with minimal disruption to business operations.
