We’re recruiting for a well-established primary school in Bristol with a strong reputation for its structured and supportive SEND provision.
The school has created a nurturing environment where pupils with additional needs are supported through clear routines, tailored interventions, and a highly collaborative team.
They are looking for a confident 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil who benefits from consistent, personalised support throughout the school day.
The role includes
* Delivering 1:1 support tailored to individual needs
* Supporting behaviour, routines, and emotional regulation
* Helping pupils access learning through adapted resources
* Working alongside teachers, SENCO, and support staff
* Monitoring progress and celebrating development

You’ll need
* Experience working with SEND, such as autism or SEMH

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
