Care Assistant (Female, Driver) Trowbridge Area Eveings
Locations: Trowbridge, Bradford On Avon, Melksham, Warminster, Hilperton and surrounding areas
Pay: From £14.50 per hour (role and hours dependent)
Enhancements: Time‑and‑a‑half on public holidays
Mileage: 45p per mile
Contract: Permanent – Full‑time or Part‑time (Guaranteed Hours)
Shifts: 07:00–14:30 and 16:00–22:00 (alternate weekends required)
Right to Work: UK RTW required – we are unable to offer sponsorship

What You’ll Do
* Support clients with meal preparation, medication prompts and light domestic tasks
* Provide personal care with dignity and respect
* Offer companionship and support clients on community outings
* Encourage involvement in personalised care planning
* Accurately record visit notes and care outcomes
