We're looking for a number of Customer Hub Advisors to join a high‑performing, people‑focused team supporting major UK public sector clients. This role offers hybrid working, with Thursdays and Fridays based in our Newport office and the rest of the week working remotely. What you'll be doing: Handling inbound calls, emails and live chats to support candidates and keep processes running smoothly. Supporting candidates through application, vetting and onboarding stages. Rescheduling interviews and coordinating activity to keep stakeholders on track. Resolving queries efficiently and escalating more complex issues when needed. Maintaining accurate, audit‑ready records across systems. Supporting public sector clients while working closely with your team. What you'll bring: Experience working in a contact centre environment. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting. A flexible, positive approach to work and change. Confidence using systems and handling customer queries.
