Duties:
1. Promote an innovative culture within a defined curriculum range, encouraging new ideas for delivery, development, and design.
2. Develop strategic plans to optimise productivity.
3. Review and improve organisational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing staff, fostering a motivated work environment, and innovating for improvement.
4. Uphold standards of excellence and quality, including enhancing teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
5. Seek opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
6. Provide and analyse management information related to student examinations, assessments, and progress in line with College practices.
7. Collaborate with the Director of Quality to embed quality improvement, assurance, and self-assessment activities that add value to courses.
8. Support learning walk and deep dive activities alongside the Director of Quality.
9. Contribute to curriculum planning and quality processes, ensuring curriculum intent and development plans are aligned.
10. Ensure all staff comply with Health and Safety regulations.
11. Ensure all study programme students engage fully with their programmes, including English, maths, and work experience.
