Position: Night Shifts 8pm-8am, 1 weekend a month
Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client in Eastbourne with complex health needs. Our client loves reggae music and values consistent, person-centred care delivered by someone calm, reliable, and supportive.
Deliver personal care and mobility assistance
Support with epilepsy & seizure management, including rescue medication
Assist with bowel management and medication administration
Promote comfort, safety, and positive engagement throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in complex care
Medication administration and management
Experience managing challenging behaviours
Calm, professional, and emotionally intuitive approach
