How you'll make an impact
1. Strengthen working capital performance across Bristol and London by managing debt and reducing lock-up.
2. Build trusted relationships with key client contacts to support timely recovery and agreed payment terms.
3. Review outstanding debt proactively and follow clear actions to drive resolution.
4. Provide partners with accurate debtor analysis to support decision-making and maintain agreed protocols.
5. Work closely with colleagues on reconciliations and ad hoc analysis to keep information accurate.
6. Identify problem debts early and follow escalation routes to maintain momentum on collections.
7. Meet monthly cash and ageing targets through consistent, focused account management.
