Cognisant is partnering with a rapidly growing housebuilder renowned for delivering high-quality, sustainable homes. They are looking for an Engineer to join their Technical team, providing support across the full lifecycle of development projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and monitoring utility processes, including records, risks, and new connections/disconnections
* Overseeing the flow of technical information from appraisal to project close-out
* Ensuring accurate, timely distribution of documents to stakeholders
* Maintaining development plans and supporting internal teams
* Assisting Engineering Managers with applications and external liaison
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a technical/engineering role, ideally within housebuilding
* Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach
* Ability to identify risks and implement solutions
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
