The Opportunity
We’re partnering with an innovative, high-growth technology business to hire a Senior Management Accountant into their expanding finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a commercially driven organisation operating at the forefront of innovation, with a strong international footprint and ambitious growth plans.
You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving improvements across systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce accurate monthly management accounts and reporting packs for senior leadership
* Support year-end and audit processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS
* Partner with operational teams to provide meaningful financial analysis and insights
* Analyse cost structures, profitability, and key financial trends
* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Support business cases, investment appraisals, and scenario modelling
* Maintain and enhance internal financial controls and processes
* Mentor and support junior members of the finance team
* Play a key role in a major ERP system upgrade and ongoing optimisation project
* Collaborate with IT and external vendors to improve finance systems and reporting capabilities
About You
* Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
* Proven experience in management accounting
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/BI systems
* Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
