We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Lead Practice Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality patient care whilst leading and supporting our dedicated primary care nursing team.
We're looking for someone with a passion for healthcare, strong general practice experience, and the ability to inspire and guide the team to excellence.

This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday based across the Unity sites: Haverhill, Long Melford and Lavenham. Travel between sites will be necessary.
We will make sure you are fully inducted. Its important to us that you feel safe and supported in your role.
Main duties of the job
* You will lead, manage and deliver a range of practice nursing services and be accountable for the nursing team on a day-to-day basis
* Youll foster a learning environment, supporting the training and development of the nursing team
* Youll lead on ensuring the nursing services are compliant with CQC and other regulatory authoritys requirements
* Youll champion and lead quality improvement initiatives within the nursing service
