The Opportunity You’ll be joining an established Leeds-based organisation operating across several group companies, including overseas operations. Finance plays a central role in supporting decision-making, monitoring performance and maintaining strong financial controls across the group. As the business continues to grow and evolve, the team is looking for someone who can contribute across reporting, cash management and process improvement. This is a role with genuine variety. What you’ll get involved in Your day-to-day will be varied and hands-on, including: Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts and performance reporting Producing financial information for smaller group companies and international operations Assisting with consolidated reporting and commentary Maintaining short and medium-term cashflow forecasts Managing daily cash postings and reconciliations across systems Supporting intercompany reconciliations and internal reporting Assisting with VAT returns and regulatory submissions Contributing to budgeting and forecasting cycles Supporting audit processes and liaising with external advisors Identifying opportunities to improve reporting clarity and financial processes There will also be exposure to areas such as R&D claims, tax-related filings and system enhancements - offering real breadth for someone looking to develop. Who this is for You’ll likely be someone who: Has previous experience in a management accounting role Is either part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA Enjoys working with data and turning it into meaningful insight Has strong Excel skills Is organised, methodical and comfortable working to deadlines Wants to develop technically and commercially Just as importantly, you’ll be adaptable, inquisitive and open to learning - this is a role that will continue to evolve.
