We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school team in Kings Lynn on a full-time or part-time basis, starting immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a positive difference in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 as required
Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
Support pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH, and learning delays
Assist with implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to ensure pupils can access the curriculum
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with children with additional needs
Strong behaviour management skills
A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
