We are delighted to present this leading Legal 500 law firm offering specialist legal advice to Court of Protection Clients and their families.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Court of Protection department, it is now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & technically strong Solicitor to work alongside its' highly reputable team.
The successful candidate will handle a caseload of Complex Court of Protection Property & Affairs cases and work closely to support vulnerable clients, working with their families, case managers and financial advisors.
The Candidate
* Court of Protection Solicitor with 1-5 year of post-qualification experience gained within Court of Protection and / or Private Client
* Experience gained in a Court of Protection or Private Client department is essential
* Ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge and strong financial acumen
* Experience gained in a high street or regional firm
