Role Description
* Oversee the complete operation at our customer site across 3 shifts, 5 days a week and report into the Warehouse Manager.
* Build and maintain professional working relationships by fully understanding contract goals.
* Proactively manage personal and team tasks to meet delivery and goods-in schedules on time.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of stock, operations, and client requirements to effectively represent the contract at all levels.
* Identify commercial and operational improvements to add value to customers’ businesses.
* Make informed decisions by understanding the risks and rewards for the business.
* Foster an open, honest, and high-performing team environment.
* Challenge existing processes and explore new solutions to maximise efficiency.
* Analyse and present key data to support both internal and customer reporting requirements.
* Performance managing across 3 shifts.
* Handling any HR or Health & Safety issues as they arise.
Qualifications
* Experience in 3PL warehouse, supply chain, or logistics operations with a deep understanding of stock and production.
* Strong customer relationship management skills with a proactive approach to meeting client needs.
* Experience in employment law.
* Experience in delivering high customer satisfaction through continuous service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain trust with clients and stakeholders.
* Background in performance managing.
* Ability to understand and align with contract goals, ensuring smooth execution and long-term success.
* Strong organisational skills to manage personal and team workloads efficiently.
* Experience in creating a positive, high-performance culture within a team.
