JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 7+ PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: Up to GBP 80k (DOE)
A leading regional law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded and growing employment team.
This senior role will involve advising clients across the full range of contentious and non:contentious employment matters, with the opportunity to play a key role in the continued development of the practice.
The successful candidate will be:
- A Partner or Senior Associate ready for partnership
- Experienced in advising businesses on all aspects of employment law
- Commercially minded with a strong client:focused approach
- Confident in developing client relationships and supporting business growth
- Experienced in mentoring and supervising junior team members (desirable)
