With cutting‑edge facilities and hybrid working on offer, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly capable R&D function working on next‑generation RF systems for satellite, aerospace, marine and opto‑electronic applications.
The Opportunity
As a Senior RF Design Engineer you’ll be driving development across high‑frequency RF and microwave systems (including Ka‑band/mmWave 30GHz+). You’ll take designs from concept through full product lifecycle including modelling, prototyping, validation and delivery into production.

Strong technical background in RF/Microwave Engineering, ideally with Ka‑band / mmWave / 30GHz+ exposure
Degree / postgraduate background in Electronics, RF, Microwave or Wireless Communications
Experience delivering designs from architecture through integration and test
Familiarity with RF measurement, simulation and test equipment (VNA, spectrum analysis, modelling tools)
