They are now looking for an International & Digital Finance Manager to be based out of their Amersham offices. As International & Digital Finance Manager you will be a key member of the Commercial Finance team, this role serves as a strategic partner to stakeholders across our Digital and International functions. With both areas experiencing significant transformation, you will be instrumental in delivering core FP&A responsibilities while providing clear, insightful financial analysis. Your expertise will influence strategic decision-making, support change initiatives, and contribute to driving improved business performance.

International & Digital Finance Manager
- Production of the annual budget, forecasts and longer-term plans aligned to key business deliverables for Digital and International P&Ls
- Actioning month-end Board pack reporting and analysis for Digital and International P&Ls
- Production of weekly trade reporting for Digital and International, providing challenge and actionable insight
- Ownership of capex and project spends (budgeting/forecasting, reporting and analysis)
- Working with stakeholders to support with achieving performance metrics/KPIs
- Providing commercial insight and respective challenge of strategic initiatives
- Production of investment appraisals for new business and supporting international growth
International & Digital Finance Manager
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail business.
- Significant experience in FP&A
- Experience in finance business partnering
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Advanced excel skills, with Power BI preferred
