We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Employee Voice Specialist to join our HR Department. The closing date for applications is Wednesday 6th August.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
To support delivery of the Employee Voice strategy to drive high levels of engagement across the business and help to foster an inclusive working environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Design and implement the engagement survey and any supporting comms pre, during and post survey
2. Develop our employee forum (Talking Shop Representatives), working with the Employee Voice Manager and relevant sponsors to design meeting content
3. Driving engagement from colleagues and managers with the employee forum
4. Organising listening groups and communicating common themes into key stakeholders
5. Organise and support the delivery of the National Talking Shop Conference and other engagement events
6. Monitor Talking Iceland Facebook group, feeding back and intervening and responding when necessary
7. Support the ER and Engagement team to drive engagement with reward and wellbeing initiatives
8. To be a proactive participant in project work as required within the team or as part of wider cross functional working group
9. Build a strong network of internal and external customers and contacts
KEY SKILLS
10. Excellent communication skills covering all forms of comms including verbal communication
11. Ability to demonstrate creativity in communication strategies
12. Excellent Interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
13. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to create and to deliver to defined timescales
14. Ability to demonstrate flexibility
15. Ideally have a knowledge and an understanding of Retail
