We are Browns Garage, a well-established family run garage in Thame, thriving on new and repeat customers, all of whom receive excellent, timely customer service covering parts, servicing, repairs and MOTs.
This wide-ranging role ensures that the first impression customers receive sets the high standard we expect, be it on the phone, or face to face. You'll provide the vital link between understanding customer requirements and organising our team of technicians' time to get the job done.
This will involve successfully juggling a range of duties, from booking appointments, ordering parts, managing the workshop and MOT diaries, updating the workshop management system to pricing, invoice production and processing payments.
The sheer variety and responsibility will suit and motivate someone with excellent communication and organisation skills, who wants to play their part in maximising the effectiveness of our team in delivering 100% customer satisfaction.
You may have previous automotive experience, but if not, just bring your willingness to learn and develop, and we'll invest in your training to get you operational as soon as possible. We are open-minded on the time you can
The role is Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.30pm.
