Salary:£27,300 £29,250 per annum

Driver:Essential (Full UK Driving Licence required)

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage care packages for service users
* Liaise with clients, families, and care staff to ensure effective communication and continuity of care
* Conduct risk assessments and care planning
* Schedule and allocate care staff efficiently
* Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with quality standards
* Support recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff
* Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as required
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience in a care coordination or supervisory role
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong understanding of care standards and safeguarding
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
