Summary

We are currently recruiting for two Digital Systems Developers, specialising in D365 and SharePoint, to join our IT and Digital Services team in brand new roles at the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).

About the role

Working as a key part of our small IT and Digital Services team, you will play a key role in the ongoing development, improvement and support of the regulator’s core digital and data platforms, focusing particularly on MS Dynamics 365 and SharePoint. You will design, configure and enhance digital solutions to support effective regulation, optimising business processes, improving internal ways of working and supporting better use of data across the organisation.

You will work closely with Business Analysts and service owners to translate business needs into digital and data solutions and will work to promote good practice and continuous improvement. You will also provide dedicated system support and investigate any incidents, liaising with managed service providers and 3rd party suppliers as necessary.

About you

As the successful candidate, you will have hands‑on experience of developing and configuring MS Dynamics 365 and of designing and managing SharePoint Online sites and integrations, alongside a good understanding of the wider MS 365 ecosystem.

You should have experience of supporting live systems and resolving technical issues, alongside the ability to translate business requirements into practical digital and data solutions. You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non‑technical users.
