Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) – Minor Surgery Lead / Clinical Services Development
Location: Cheadle (with multi-site support across Manchester + hybrid options)
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 (DOE, qualifications & competencies)
Hours: Full-time preferred (flexible clinic days & hours)
We are working with an expanding pharmacy group in Manchester looking to add an experienced ACP. You will be working across multiple sites including a new dedicated minor surgery room and a soft consultation room.
This will be a leading role in delivering and developing high-quality clinical services.
The Role
1. Minor Surgery & Advanced Clinical Practice
• Lead or support a new “lumps & bumps” minor surgery service
• Deliver advanced clinical assessments, diagnosis and treatment
• Provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a newly fitted clinical environment
• Support the rollout of additional private clinical services as part of our expanded offer
2. Clinical Service Design & Development
• Help design, set up and operationalise new clinical services
• Build effective, safe clinical pathways
• Support service governance, quality and innovation
• Work closely with our clinical services hub based in Trafford Park
We have sufficient upcoming work for both profiles, so candidates strong in either minor surgery or clinical service design are encouraged to apply.

About You
We’re looking for a clinician who is:
• An experienced ACP (or equivalent)
• Skilled in minor surgery and/or advanced clinical assessment
• Confident working autonomously
• Interested in service development, pathway design, or clinical leadership
• Motivated by innovation and high-quality patient care
You do not need previous GP or primary care practice experience if you’re clinically competent and confident in your skill set, we’d love to hear from you.
