What will you deliver?
This team was created to investigate remediation projects. As a team, we are responsible for correcting past issues with policies where an error has meant customers have been disadvantaged or the plans have not worked as per the terms and conditions. Our goal is to investigate these issues and rectify them, ensuring the customer is at the forefront of our mind.
What are we looking for?
1. People with experience of customer service and administration.
2. You’ll have a focus on quality of work in order to rectify potential future issues.
3. IT Literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Strong numerical skills, as the role will involve data interpretation.
5. An enthusiasm to learn new skillsets and begin a career within Financial Services.
6. People who want to get it ‘right first time’.
