Role Summary
We’re seeking a talented, experienced Stylist to bring our brand to life through elevated, inspiring outfit styling across model, flat lay, and still-life shoots. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, on-brand content across ecommerce, social, email, and retail channels.
You’ll lead styling execution, oversee outfitting and sample prep, and guide campaign creative for collections like Copper & Black and Ebb & Flow. You’ll collaborate with the studio team to meet shoot targets and ensure styling enhances conversion and storytelling.
This role is ideal for someone highly creative, commercially savvy, collaborative, with strong leadership skills and a passion for fashion and photography.
Role Responsibilities
1. Responsible for styling content and products for each image, aligned with seasonal concepts and briefs across model, flat, and still life shoots.
2. Ensure timely delivery of processed images, working closely with the Shoot Producer and Image Coordinator to meet deadlines.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to execute requirements, ensuring product photography meets briefing standards across all channels.
4. Collaborate with Junior Stylist & Samples Co-Ordinator on shoot preparation, including outfitting and sample collation.
5. Work with photographers, art directors, stylists, and makeup artists to achieve the best product representation, considering angles and poses that drive engagement.
6. Build strong relationships with internal and external teams through collaboration to achieve shared goals.
7. Meet daily styling targets of 40 garments while maintaining brand look and feel.
8. Assist the Shoot Producer with scheduling, production planning, and shoot execution.
9. Develop concepts for special shoots such as denim, Copper & Black, and Ebb & Flow, including models, props, and budgets.
10. Regularly review website styling, poses, and models to identify areas for improvement and evolution.
11. Align with the company's social and environmental missions, actively supporting related initiatives.
Skills and Experience
Stylist Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a creative studio and ecommerce environment, working with models and still life.
* Proven experience in creative outfitting, maintaining styling consistency, poses, and image selection.
* Experience styling womenswear and menswear for ecommerce and lifestyle shoots.
* Strong commercial awareness to style products highlighting fit, silhouette, and fabric details.
* Experience collaborating with external stylists and assistants on studio and lifestyle shoots.
* Background in fashion or retail is essential.
* Mentoring or management experience to lead the styling team.
