Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sewing and a keen eye for detail, ensuring our products meet our high standards of quality. This role requires proficiency in sewing techniques and the ability to work efficiently in a factory environment.
Duties
* Operate industrial sewing machines, Follow patterns and specifications to ensure accurate measurements and design.
* Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making necessary adjustments as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Assist in inventory management by tracking fabric and supplies used during production.
* The ideal candidate would be used to working with Leather, Vinyl or work clothing but consideration will be given to a talented Seamstress.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sewing, preferably within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
* Familiarity with various types of fabrics and sewing techniques is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing production needs.
