Responsibilities
1. Gathering, analyzing, and documenting end user and technical requirements
2. Managing a globally distributed team
3. Creating templates to simplify the delivery of solutions for external PM teams and internal stakeholders
4. Managing senior business and technology management expectations
5. Identifying appropriateponents needed to satisfy the requirements
6. Coordinatingponent deployment across Infrastructure Technology teams and partner teams such as Legal,pliance, InfoSec, Trading Services, HR, Operations, and Real Estate
7. Creating and maintaining prioritized books of work for customer teams
8. Tracking and reporting deployment status vs customer books of work
Qualifications/Skills Required
9. 7+ years of infrastructure project and/or service delivery in the financial services industry
10. Experience in end user product management preferred
11. Experience managing a globally distributed team
12. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous cross-team deliveries to successful conclusion
13. Strong sense of ownership and the ability to instill the same in other technology teams
14. Working knowledge of end user technologies: workspace, collaboration, andmunication
15. Familiarity with Office 365, Exchange Online, InTune, Teams, Sharepoint, and Slack
16. Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) management
17. Familiarity withmon AI tooling use cases and benefits, including Chat GPT
18. Excellent oral & writtenmunication, with effective presentation skills
19. Ability to organize and lead meetings with customers, technologists, and senior leaders
20. Detail-oriented, customer-focused approach to discovery, planning, deployment
21. Team player with a strong desire to collaborate with others and help solve business problems
22. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and re-prioritize as needed to meet urgent demands
