About the RoleWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading facilities managementpany for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a small team of cleaners at a large site near Brighton.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management who is looking to step into a stable role with long-term potential.Key Responsibilities
1. Supervising and motivating a small team of cleaners
2. Ensuring cleaning standards are consistently met across the site
3. Managing schedules and allocating tasks effectively
4. Monitoring stock levels and reporting any requirements
5. Supporting the team with hands-on cleaning when needed
Requirements
6. Previous experience in cleaning supervision or team leadership
7. Strongmunication and organisational skills
8. Ability to work independently and take initiative
9. Flexibility to work evening/night shifts (5:30pm – 2:15am)
10. Reliable transport or ability tomute via public transport
