Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Reliability Technician with a passion for precision, data-driven maintenance, and continuous improvement to support and enhance reliability on a key site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Vibration Analysis routes, interpreting data, and identifying and implementing reliability improvements to reduce downtime and increase Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF).
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing Vibration Analysis routes and analyzing data
* Conducting root cause analysis following equipment failures
* Identifying and implementing reliability improvements to reduce downtime and increase MTBF
* Collaborating closely with on-site teams to implement effective, measurable reliability initiatives
* Executing tasks efficiently, with minimal disruption to operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* CAT 1 Vibration Analysis training
* Proficiency in Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) tools
* Practical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred)
* Understanding of relevant legislation and modern maintenance techniques
* NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds Part 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
* Broad knowledge of engineering fundamentals
* Intermediate Food Hygiene & IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
