The ideal candidate will be passionate, detail-driven, and confident leading a team to deliver seamless, unforgettable experiences for couples and guests alike. Key Responsibilities * Lead and inspire the event production team to deliver flawless weddings and events. * Oversee the full client journey — from enquiry and planning meetings to the wedding day itself. * Collaborate with Operations Managers and external partners to ensure efficient event processes. * Maintain exceptional standards of customer service, venue presentation, and communication. * Manage client relationships and act as the primary contact throughout planning and delivery. * Oversee all on-site bedrooms and ensure a first-class guest experience. * Support continuous improvement across event operations and service delivery. About You * Minimum 3 years’ experience in wedding or event management within the luxury hospitality sector. * Outstanding customer service and communication skills. * Strong attention to detail with a proactive, professional approach. * Confident working weekends and evenings as part of a rota. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and event administration processes.
