Are you a patient, caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant looking to start a new role in for now or September where you can genuinely make a difference?
We are working with a well-resourced and highly supportive SEN school in Redbridge that caters for both primary and secondary-aged pupils. They are looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their specialist provision from Now and September.

The Role
* Providing 1:1 and small group support across primary and secondary classes
* Supporting communication, emotional regulation and engagement in learning
* Following EHCP targets and individual support plans
* Assisting with personal care where required
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals
* Helping maintain a calm, structured and positive learning environment
* Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ASD, ADHD or complex needs
* Calm, patient and resilient approach
* Comfortable working across both primary and secondary age groups
* Confident supporting non-verbal or limited communication pupils
* Willing to support personal care where needed
* Strong team player with a proactive attitude
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Both experienced SEN Teaching Assistants and strong mainstream TAs looking to move into a specialist setting are encouraged to apply.
