Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role as a Receptionist/Administrator of our Health Clinic located on Queens Road, Aberdeen. The Receptionist/Administrator will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting clients, handling clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, assisting with administrative duties, and ensuring the front desk operates smoothly.

* Exceptional Customer Service abilities
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask effectively
* Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
