Responsibilities
* Assess and treat adult clients with speech, language, and communication needs in a community setting
* Develop and implement tailored therapy programmes that support measurable progress
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and integrated care
* Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records
* Engage in case management meetings and stay updated with best practices
Requirements
* HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
* Previous experience in adult community therapy
* Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle due to the community-based nature of the role
