Responsibilities: Drive strategic decision-making by delivering clear financial insights, including profitability analysis to highlight opportunities, risks, and overall business performance. Take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process, working cross-functionally with key departments to ensure accurate and timely quarterly and annual financial plans. Collaborate closely with Group Sales to support business growth initiatives through scenario planning and financial modelling. Lead financial analysis for new business opportunities, evaluating both short-term impacts and long-term value creation. Provide monthly performance reporting with detailed commentary against strategic priorities and key financial targets. Support project work and engineering changes by assessing and monitoring financial implications. Contribute to the ongoing transformation of financial systems and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and business insight.
