The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join the payroll team based in Reading. This is a key role within the finance function, responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and delivering accurate and timely payroll services.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of client payrolls, ensuring accurate end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.
* Administer starters, leavers, statutory payments, and adjustments.
* Ensure compliance with RTI and Auto Enrolment regulations.
* Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, maintaining excellent relationships.
* Support colleagues within the payroll team, contributing to a collaborative and efficient working environment.
About You
* A minimum of 3 years’ payroll experience, processing multiple payrolls.
* Solid understanding of RTI, Auto Enrolment, and end-to-end payroll processing.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple client deadlines.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Competence in Excel and Word; experience with IRIS Payroll Professional is beneficial but not essential.
