The Role
As a Research Executive or Senior Research Executive, you’ll be a key part of the healthcare team, involved in both qualitative and quantitative projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with senior team members.
* Managing elements of qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
* Contributing to proposal writing, project management, questionnaire/discussion guide design, analysis, and client-ready deliverables.
* Translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling visual stories.
* Working with internal design specialists to produce impactful reports and presentations.
* Collaborating across teams and geographies to deliver high-quality outputs.
* Supporting client communications and, where appropriate, presenting findings.
You
We’re looking for a motivated researcher who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is confident working independently.
* At least 1+ year of experience in a primary market research consultancy with healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
* Experience working on ad hoc/ custom research projects.
* Relevant degree.
* Experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the confidence to interact with clients.
* Strong presentation and analytical skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
* An entrepreneurial mindset.
* Ability to work in a small, collaborative team.
* Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

* Must have the full right to work in the UK and presently be based here – required.
