We are seeking a Senior CRM Product Manager with extensive Salesforce expereince for a global organisation on a Fixed-Term contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the roadmap, delivery and ongoing improvement of CRM products and services
* Gather and interpret user and business needs to shape product strategy
* Manage and prioritise product backlogs and requirements
* Oversee testing, training, and adoption of CRM solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
* Support continuous improvement and long-term system evolution
Essential Experience
* Proven experience managing CRM products or platforms within a large organisation
* Strong background in developing and delivering product strategies and roadmaps
* Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
* Track record of delivering CRM projects or transformations end-to-end
* Solid understanding of data and system integration concepts
Must be committed to 3 days on site/hybrid arrangement.
