If you come to work with us in this role you must have experience in both public and private law children work and you will work alongside our Department Head with the support of your own full-time experienced family legal secretary.
This is a full-time role, but could be negotiable for the right applicant.
We are not currently accepting divorce or financial arrangements matters and this role focuses on Public & Private Children Law.
We need someone who can :
1. Provide, clear, compassionate, and comprehensive legal advice across a varied caseload of public and private children matters,
2. Guide and support our clients through PLO processes and social services meetings,
3. Work directly with clients, supporting them during emotionally challenging circumstances,
