Your Time at Work Duties include: - Meeting and greeting visitors to the site, ensuring they are signed in and briefed onsite rules and regulations - Booking and facilitating meeting rooms for employees and guests - Handling incoming and outgoing mail, collecting and delivering to teams across site, preparing items for posting and packaging - Updating and maintaining internal database, inboxes and systems - General Ad Hoc administrative duties as required The successful candidate will: - Have previous experience working within a similar role - Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally - Be confident working with with MS Office packages and be able to pick up new systems with ease If interested, please submit your CV to Brightwork today!
