Overview
OHUK are currently recruiting an Administrator to join an established M&E Sub contractor within their back office department. The company works within the high end residential sector and turn over 20M. This position will be full time office based role in the Kemsley area.
Responsibilities
* General administration duties: scanning, filing, printing, and related tasks
* Uploading site documents to their internal system
* Liaising with subcontractors via email and phone
* Updating purchase orders (PO)
* Booking and arranging meetings for the team
* Providing support when communicating with external suppliers
Qualifications
* Must have a strong telephone manner
* Strong computer skills
* Previous administrator experience
* Must be able to commute to the Kemsley area daily
* Previous building services / construction experience is desirable but not essential
